The Last Olympian

The Last Olympian is the last book of the Percy Jackson series. The Percy Jackson series were written by Rick Riordan. You dont realy have to read the books before it to understand whats going on. You just need to know the characters. The main character is Percy Jackson, Annebeth Chase, and Grover Underwood. The book is told from Percy's point of view. In the book, it always gives alot of information away about whats going to happen next. Those information are usually given away when half-bloods have dreams.
(spoiler alert) In the book, Percy goes through many adventures to try to defeat the Titans. The book is based on Grrek gods in the present time. Every hero in the book has to go to camp Half-blood so tey could get proper training exept for children of Hades(god of underworld/death). In the book, the characters help each other an their friends alot. sometimes even risking their lives.

This book is recommended to people who like Greeks gods, people risking lives, people disapearing mysteriously, and people dying. It's also for people who likes reading how people help friends. The Last Olympian isn't a book that's full of suspence. Sometimes the book may surprise you with unexpected attacks from the Titans. It's also thats very VERY detailed. Very little of the book doesn't have detailed.

The book's not only about the Greek gods, but also about the Titans(immortal beings that lived before gods). The king of Titans, Kronos, wants to kill the gods so he could come to power again. (spoiler alert) Like most books, they always end in a good way. In the end, Percy doesn't defeat Kronos physically, he defeats him by convincing Luke(the body Kronos took so he could be alive) to kill himself so he could destroy Kronos with him. would you kill yourself to kill somthing evil within you so it wouldn't harm others?
